These enhanced second-generation CCS2 connectors are available in 200A, 250A, and 300A variants with an additional boost mode up to 500A. Designed and manufactured in Europe, these tethered lead mode 4 connectors deliver a high-performance EV charging solution for today’s e-mobility market.

IEC Gen 3 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Coupler ACI3

Introducing the new Generation 3. Designed for the European market, the ACI3 Charging Coupler is an IEC (Type 2) mode 3 tethered lead that is built in accordance with IEC 62196-1 and IEC 62196-2 standards and has a minimum of 10,000 mating cycles. It is available for single and three phase charging systems and has a current rating up to 63A.

Compact and ergonomic with a matte black handle design the new Generation 3 IEC solution is available with customizable handles colors, cables, end terminals, and logos/graphics.

J1772 Gen 3 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Connector

Introducing the new Generation 3. Designed for the US and Japanese market, the J1772 Generation 3 Electric Vehicle Charging Connector is a vehicle coupler built in accordance with the SAE standard for AC level 1 and level 2 charging systems. With sealing up to IP67 and a minimum of 10,000 mating cycles it is available for single phase charging systems and has a current rating up to 80A.

This series is an ideal solution whenever harsh environment requirements, high sealing grades, and vibration requirements must be met. APD 19-way is the latest addition to ITT’s APD connector range.

Derived from ISO 15170 it adds additional features to the standard harsh environment capabilities. Secondary lock, adaptation of market available standard accessories and ease of assembly and disassembly not demanding any special tooling characterize this connector. Moreover, APD 19 is set up around a flexible design platform which allows for customized solutions up to 27 contacts. A variety of shell styles and accessories including 90-degree end bells allow for easy adoption to customer specific applications.

ARINC-Style Quadrax Termini for KJA Connectors

Cannon's KJAQ 38999-Style Circular with Quadrax Contacts is a high-reliability interconnect solution used to deliver data rates up to 2.5 Gb/s. It is available with rear-release crimp pin or socket Quadrax contacts or front-release PC pin Quadrax contacts, as well as a number of 38999-style layout arrangements and shell styles. The Quadrax contact provides four signal pins with shield termination capability to yield a single Ethernet port. The crimp version of the Quadrax contact terminates twisted, shielded quad cable.

BKA C/D/E/F/X ARINC 600 Rack & Panel

Cannon's BKA ARINC 600 Rack & Panel Interconnect Solutions represent the standard for new Avionics  systems developed to support the Commercial and Military Air Transportation markets. Black Zinc Nickel Plating

Innovative Black Zinc Nickel Finish is a RoHS-compliant, cost-effective and sustainable plating alternative to Cadmium. It provides long-lasting corrosion resistance to exposed connector surfaces used on commercial aircraft and military planes, transportation vehicles and marine transports. Chip-on-Flex Filter Connectors

Cannon has advanced the state-of-the-art in filter technology with its Chip-on-Flex (CoF) design. This connector technology provides a significant performance improvement in thermal shock and vibration over traditional ceramic planar array technology. Our Chip-on-Flex filter connectors offer up to a 15% savings in weight over the ceramic planar array equivalent. DLP Series - Zero Insertion Force Connectors

Cannon has developed a ‘Resilient Contact’ that provides reliable performance with contact wiping action directly on a PCB pad. A high density contact module enables a high pin count connector (136-408 contacts) and flexibility. The nickel plated aluminum housing along with the embedded grounding springs offer superior performance under the harshest EMI conditions. The DLP, like that of the DL, is capable of over 10,000 mating cycles. With the PCB acting as the mated contacts, electronics can be mounted at the signal source, thus reducing cross talk and minimizing real-estate. The DLP-408 is offered with mechanical shutters to meet the IEC requirements for finger protection.

Double Density D-Subminiature (High Density) 2D Series

With an increased pin count from standard 50 to 100 contacts, the 2D, Double Density D-Sub Series features twice the number of contacts in the same standard insert area. This is achieved by using field-proven, highly reliable Centipin™ /  Centisocket contacts on .075 (1.91) centers in a positive contact alignment design. Also known as High Density D-Sub, this innovative connector solution is ideally suited for a wide range of  applications in Industrial end markets.

DPA Rack & Panel

DPA connectors are rugged, blind mate, miniature rack/panel connectors that utilize maximum insert space in a single gang shell. Polarization is accomplished with a keystone cornored shell. The operating temperature is -55C to +125C (-67F to +257F). DPA connectors are available with float mount shells (DPAF). This option includes four rivets (.093 ID with a minimum of .032 float) with washers on the contact termination side of the connector. Other options include large flange shells (DPAL) and connectors with Little CAESAR Contacts (DPAMA)

DPGM-DPJM-DPJMB Rack & Panel

DPGM, DPJM, and DPJMB connectors are designed for applications where space and weight are prime considerations.Their rectangular shape provides maximum space utilization and permits easy removal of equipment for inspection and/or repair.DPGM and DPJM connectors feature crimp snap-in contacts with ring-type retention while DPJMB connectors feature the Little Caesar rear release contact retention assembly.

DPK 83733-Style Rack & Panel

DPK series are high performance environment-resistant, rectangular connectors engineered to be comparable with MIL-C-83733 (USAF).They feature crimp snap-in contacts in the dependable Little Caesar rear release contact retention assembly.This field-proven assembly permits contacts to be inserted and extracted at the rear of the connector.

This product is not covered by the QPL/QML.

DPX ARINC 404 Rack & Panel

The DPX connector comes in single, two, three and four gang versions and can accommodate up to 424 contacts. The DPX*MA connector features the LITTLE CAESAR contact assembly for rear insertion, release and extraction of crimp type contacts. DPXA shells utilize their keystone-shaped for polarization posts that are capable of providing up to 99 polarization positions. DPX (ARINC 404) can also utilize the Size 22 Stamped Contact on the F106 insert.

DPXNE-NA MIL-C-81659 Rack & Panel

DPXNA (non-environmental, Type IV) and DPXNE (environmental, Types II and III) rack and panel connectors are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of MIL-C-81659, Revision B.DPXNA/NE connectors are available in single through four gang configurations, with a total of 13 contact arrangements accommodating contact sizes 12, 16, 20 and 22, and combination standard and coaxial contacts.Environmental sealing is accomplished by wire sealing grommets and interfacial seals.

Fiber Optic JSFC17 and JSFC18 Termini

ITT Cannon expands its wide range of highly-engineered fiber optic termini with the qualification of JSFC17 optical sockets and JSFC18 optical pins for aerospace applications such as the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) platform.
These size 16 termini provides a high-performance design, up to 500 mating cycles, and can be terminated to variety of single-mode (SM) and multi-mode (MM) optical cables.

ITT Cannon delivers high quality, high performance fiber optic termini and cable assemblies, for the Automotive, Commercial Aircraft, Industrial, Medical and Military Electronic industries. Our in-house capabilities allow us to design and manufacture singlemode and multimode systems along with terminating ferrule assemblies ranging from 1.25mm to 2.50mm.

HDx Series - High Density, Small Form Factor

ITT Cannon’s HDxTM Series offers a reliable, small-form-factor (SFF) solution in a lightweight, compact design. With breakaway or screw-lock breakaway coupling options, this high-density interconnect enables critical USB, HDMI or Ethernet high-speed data transmission.

MDMH Hermetic Micro-D

Our MDMH Microminiature Connectors are ideal for applications that require more robust sealing than can be achieved with epoxy resins. The MDMH uses size 24 AWG contacts that are compression glass sealed through a steel shell and into a diallyl pthalate front-end insulator. When mated, an interfacial seal provides  environmental protection. We recommend MDMH receptacles be soldered to the chassis or container for a completely leak-proof joint. MDMH receptacles mate with standard MDM plugs.

MIL-DTL-5015 (A&B) / CA Threaded Series

The CA Threaded / 5015 MS A&B series is a general duty circular connector manufactured to meet MIL-C-5015 standard. It houses a plastic insulator and is designed to maintain the machined solder cup contact orientation during soldering. The shell components are fabricated from high-grade aluminum alloy to provide a robust solution for all unsealed applications. The contacts are machined for strength and durability and plated with silver to maintain signal integrity. The shells are plated with an environmental green or our RoHS black zinc plating.

MIL-DTL-5015 (E&R) / CA Threaded Series


The CA Threaded / MIL-DTL-5015 (E, R &F) connectors are qualified to the MIL-C-5015 standards and have resilient insulators and wire sealing grommets for extreme environmental conditions and high altitude sealing. The contacts are bonded to the insulator as well as the insulator to the shell for environmental sealing. The MS-R has a shorter, lighter weight endbell without the cable clamp. Both the MS-F and MS-R have o-rings to suppliment the interfacial seal. Shells are aluminum alloy and genrerally plated with OD Cadmium or our RoHS black zinc plating. The MS E, R, or F series is also available with crimp contacts using a modification code of F80 after the description.

PowerLock

The ITT Veam PowerLock connectors are plastic bodied single pole connectors for use in high power, low voltage applications. With current ratings of either 400amp or 660amp, the connectors are keyed to prevent connections with the wrong line, and colour coded to meet various international 3 phase electrical standards.  Unmated, the connectors are rated IP2X for protection against finger touching of live electrical parts and when mated are sealed to IP67. A PowerLock Box is a 3 phase high power connecting unit, used as a termination point for power cables. The boxes include a number of safety features to prevent incorrect connection and disconnection. QLC - Miniature Zero Insertion Force


ITT expands its DL Family of Connectors with the Miniature QLC device to meet size, reliability, and mating requirements for Portable Medical Equipment. Similar to the DL Series connectors, the QLC connector is highly reliable, easily assembled during harnessing and features a high pin count, 260 contacts in PC Board-mount style. The receptacle is available in both standard solder tail and press-fit contacts. The QLC employs rugged nickel-plated aluminum housing and features a minimum rated life of 20,000 mating cycles with no performance loss. The interface of the QLC connector utilizes EMI springs and a shield-locking mechanism to ensure uniform mating pressure around the perimeter of the mated connector, creating an EMI/RFI shield.  With the current technology advances requiring smaller connection systems, ITT reduced the size from the current DL by more than 60% with the same number of contacts.

QLC with Solderless Plug - Miniature Zero Insertion Force


The QLC solderless plug is a groundbreaking 260 pin Zero Insertion Force connector that eliminates the need for hand soldering fine pitch contacts onto printed circuit boards, significantly reducing time and cost in the assembly process.

Rock-in-Lock (RIL) Latching Connector

Rock-in-LockTM (RIL) is a small receptacle connector about the size of a flash drive that can be worn on a soldier or first responder’s helmet, or attached to field-use computer tablets and communication units. It is low profile, lightweight and capable of transferring a significant amount of power and data that is needed to operate a number of devices, from augmented reality goggles to tactical combat radios. RIL’s advanced design and quick connect mechanism offer performance, reliability and time savings. A single-hand connector, RIL allows the user to blindly install the mating interface, without the need for a special mechanism like a thumbscrew, latch or coupling tool.

RPR EN4165-Style Connector with PCB Contacts


Cannon's RPR modular rectangular solution is comprised of shells, plates, inserts and a proprietary latching mechanism that are integrated in a lightweight, space saving design. It is an ARINC 809-compatible interconnect that enables high-speed data transfer, signal integrity and secure connectivity in commerical aerospace IFE/C & avionics applications. A front release, rear removable insert and proprietary latching mechanism make service, repair and maintenance easier. It uses various sizes of PCB contacts in both straight and right angle configurations, and offers additional accessories for Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) applications.

SGA Single Gang ARINC 600 Rack & Panel

Cannon SGA Connectors are single gang interconnects that utilize the ARINC 600 signal cavity inserts and contacts, including Cannon Multi-Signal Quadrax Contact Systems, Co-Ax, Twinax, Triax and Fiber Optics. These space-saving interconnect solutions are ideally suited for environments where there are space constraints in which a standard ARINC 600 connector cannot be used. SURE-SEAL

Watertight and chemical resistant connectors with up to 100 mating cycles. The SURE-SEAL series features a simple one-piece molded elastomeric body. Tight Tolerance Fiber Optic 38999 Series III - KJAF Series

Our SVR 38999 Connector Saver protects your connectors by absorbing the wear and tear associated with mating and de-mating during the testing process, allowing your cable harness to remain in its original condition for final installation. It\ features a removable contact system that can be easily replaced after it becomes worn or damaged, with far less cost than replacing the mounted box cable harness.

Tin Zinc J Plating

ITT Cannon’s Tin Zinc J Plating is an ultra-harsh environment formulation that meets or exceeds the VG (German Military) performance requirements of cadmium. It is a highly conductive (< 5m ohm) and corrosion-resistant (500 hours static / 5 days cyclic salt spray) matt grey, non-reflective solution.

Developed for extreme military environments; Tin Zinc J Plating is also ideal for the harshest industrial applications where cadmium level protection, and more, can be delivered in a RoHS and REACH compliant solution.

TMDM Filtered Micro-D


Our TMDM Filterted Microminiature Connectors feature transverse monolith filters for noise reduction and EMI, RFI and EMP shielding. They are ideally suited for commerical aerospace, military avionics and military equipment applications. The TMDM is designed with Cannon's own Twist Pin Contact System and is environmentally sealed. The TMDM receptacle accommodates from 8 to 37 sizes, 24 AWG socket contacts on 1,27 (.050) centers and mates with standard MDM Microminiature Connector plugs.

Trident High Voltage (THV)

Cannon’s Trident Connector System is a versatile range of connectors based on a standard contact design. These contacts are fully interchangeable throughout the Trident series. Trident High Voltage - This new connector series is based on the Trident Neptune Metal housing. The insulator body has been designed for high voltage applications. These connectors are rated for up to 34 A (for wire size 4,0 mm² at 20°C) and 500 V AC. This connector series is VDE certified

Trident Neptune (TN)


Cannon’s Trident Connector System is a versatile range of connectors based on a standard contact design. These contacts are fully interchangeable throughout the Trident series. Neptune is a range of circular connectors specifically designed for harsh environment applications. They come with membrane wire seals that meet the requirements for IP67 and do not require blanking plugs for unused cavities. They will accept various combinations of signal (13 A) and power (30 A) contacts. The receptacle connectors feature stainless steel bayonet pins integrally molded into the bodies. The plug connectors are available with either high strength metal or corrosion resistant plastic coupling rings. All Neptune Circular Connectors are RoHS Compliant.

Trident Neptune Metal (TNM)


Cannon’s Trident Connector System is a versatile range of connectors based on a standard contact design. These contacts are fully interchangeable throughout the Trident series. TNM (Trident Neptune Metal) is specifically designed to meet the needs of systems that require shielding, sealing, and the extra durability of a metal shell. The combination of Trident contacts, membrane seals, and the Universal Shielded Endbell make TNM both cost effective and easy to assemble. TNM features nickel plated zinc alloy shells and UL 94 V-0 rated thermoplastic insulators.

Ultra-High Temperature Micro-MDM

Cannon’s Ultra-High Temp Micro-MDM F300 Series offers exceptional reliability and performance in a lightweight, space-saving design. It is qualification tested to withstand 230ºC continuous operating temperature for 500 hours and meets the harsh requirements of the Oil and Gas exploration industries, which exceed those of the M83513 specification. It is designated by an F300 modification code and uses high performance Micro Twist Pin Contacts, special insulating materials and high temperature wire. It is ideally suited for a wide range of harsh environment application including Oil & Gas Exploration, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial and Transportation.

Universal Contacts PCB Contact System

The Universal Contact series is an independent SMT contact that provides an electrical connection between a device and a PCB. Available in multiple heights (1.3-4.6mm), footprints, and configurations, UC is formed from a single piece of stamped material, and its domed contact point design delivers an outstanding Hertzian Stress performance level of a minimum of 0.3N of force and 300 psi with 0.1 mm of deflection. It is available in both beryllium and titanium copper alloys with nickel plate and gold plate over nickel in contact areas.

Veam HTB

The HTB Series of high temperature circular connectors have been developed to meet the  European Rail Agency (ERA) specific requirements (TSI - Technical Specifications for Interoperability) for safety in Railway Tunnels.
 
HTB connectors are based on the design of the VEAM CIR series are tested to withstand 800°C (ISO 834-1 heating curve) for nearly 30 minutes while maintaining critical control signals. This exceeds the ERA requirement of 15 minutes.

The VBN connector series is based on MIL-DTL-5015G and VG95234 specification. They are interchangeable with all corresponding CIR/VG types and feature identical panel mounting dimensions. They are available in 15 sizes arrangements from shell size 16S to shell size 40 with arrangements having from 4 up to 70 contacts.

Veam VIP

The Veam VIP range of circular connectors meets the exacting requirements of the railway industry. This solution allows for easy assembly with no additional tooling required, and a threaded coupling that guarantees a secure connection. The connector is current rated to 700 amps and the multiband has been designed to maximize the number of contacts and provide a reliable high current connection. VIP is flame retardant to CEI UNI 1170 and has a right angled elbow for use in space constrained environments.
