Product Description

The CTC Series is a high-performance, cost-effective cable to cable solution for use in harsh environment applications where reliable signal circuits are critical to operating performance. Utilizing ITT Cannon’s proven Trident T2P and T3P contact technology, and available in 8-way to 24-way layouts, CTC requires no special contact insertion tools or the use of wedge locks or blind seals in order to deliver a sealing rating up to IP69K.     Cannon’s Trident Connector System is a versatile range of connectors based on a standard contact design. These contacts are fully interchangeable throughout the Trident series. Neptune is a range of circular connectors specifically designed for harsh environment applications. They come with membrane wire seals that meet the requirements for IP67 and do not require blanking plugs for unused cavities. They will accept various combinations of signal (13 A) and power (30 A) contacts. The receptacle connectors feature stainless steel bayonet pins integrally molded into the bodies.     APD is a versatile range of full plastic direct, in-line and bulkhead circular connectors that are resistant to engine, transmission and brake fluids. This series is an ideal solution whenever harsh environment requirements, high sealing grades and vibration requirements have to be met.

    APD 6/7-way connectors are a derivate of the 4-way connector providing higher pin counts using a 1,6 mm connector system. Machined and stamped contacts in variours sizes, materials and platings available. Variety of shell styles and accessories including 90 degree end bells allowing easy adoption to customer specific applications. Individual wire seals for sealed interconnect up to IP69k.

    • Two piece stamped & formed signal contact for wire sizes AWG 26 - 14 / 0,14 - 2,5 mm²
    • Fits into all Trident signal cavities
    • Three retention latches and an optimized body shape for an excellent contact alignment leading to secure connector mating
    • Platings: tin, flash gold, gold and silver for up to 200 mating cycles
    • Quick and cost effective assembly, no insertion and only one simple extraction tool required
